Spa Alila Policies
We strongly recommend booking your spa experience in advance to ensure preferred times and treatments. Spa Alila welcomes guests 18 years and older and offers appointments by advance reservation only.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and prepare for your experience. Out of respect for all guests, services begin and end at the scheduled time.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes or no-shows will incur the full charge of the scheduled service.
Pricing
All prices are in USD and include a 22% service charge. Prices may vary based on demand and are subject to change without notice.
